Once you click the Zoom link, participants will be placed in a virtual waiting room while the Clerk verifies your registration. Once admitted into the meeting you will remain on mute until it is your allotted time to speak. Once the public comments commence, speakers will be unmuted and heard in the order they registered. Zoom speakers will be required to hear audio and should plan to turn on their video.
